The BUYER must feel confident not only during the negotiating, but through the entire purchasing process that the funds will be available when needed. The Buyer must also feel confident that they have obtained the best loan at the best possible intrest-rate and price. As a REALTOR, I need to feel confident that we are shopping not only in the correct price-range, but in a payment range that is comfortable & easily achievable by the client. The SELLER should be equally as concerned! Is the buyer negotiating a transaction & taking their home off the market only to be discovered as unqualified? Or even more importantly, the seller needs to know their loan package, intrest-rate & payments for the new purchase before even placing their current home on the market.
